Terms of Service

OK Cannabis Directory is operated under the name OK Cannabis Directory. By creating an account, listing a business, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

The Service is for adults and for the Oklahoma medical cannabis community. To purchase cannabis from any dispensary you find here, you must meet all requirements of Oklahoma law and the Oklahoma Medical Marijuana Authority (OMMA), including holding a valid patient license (or a qualifying out-of-state or temporary license). You are solely responsible for your own compliance with OMMA and all applicable laws. Dispensaries and physicians who list must be properly licensed in Oklahoma.

As a patient, browsing dispensaries, menus, deals, strains, and reviews is free. When you place a pickup order:

• Your order is sent to the dispensary as a request. The shop confirms it and may contact you by phone or text.
• The dispensary sets the final price, including all applicable state and local cannabis taxes, and collects payment at the shop when you pick up. We never charge you for cannabis.
• Prices, availability, and product details are provided by the dispensary and may change; we do not guarantee them.
• Bring your valid OMMA patient card (or qualifying license) and a matching photo ID to pick up.
• Orders may be confirmed, marked ready, cancelled, or expire if not picked up; the dispensary controls fulfillment.

Any OMMA-licensed dispensary can have a free basic listing — name, address, hours, phone, a website link, a map pin, and a verified-licensed badge — at no cost. Some listings are compiled from public OMMA license records so patients can find shops right away; the business can claim its listing to manage it, or add one if it is missing. We verify every claim and addition against OMMA before it goes live. An optional Full Profile adds a live menu, deals, online pickup orders, photos, and the owner dashboard. The Full Profile is an optional paid subscription — dispensaries from $32/mo (founding rate, first 50 shops; $64/mo standard) and physicians from $12/mo (first 25; $24/mo standard), on 3-, 6-, 12- or 24-month terms, with founders locked in for life. Prices are shown before you commit. Because banks and card processors will not serve cannabis-adjacent businesses, we arrange payment directly rather than through an on-site card processor; we'll go over the options with you, and your Full Profile activates once payment is arranged. Your free basic listing stays live either way.

As a listing business, you are responsible for: holding and maintaining a valid OMMA license; the accuracy of your listing, menu, pricing, and deals; honoring or declining orders; and collecting payment and fulfilling orders in compliance with the law. You grant us permission to display the content you upload. You may not list a business you are not authorized to represent.

Licensed medical marijuana physicians may host a free profile so Oklahoma patients can find them; we verify new profiles before they go live. Optional paid features — a profile photo, a booking link, and a longer About — are an optional paid subscription ($12/mo founding rate for the first 25 physicians, $24/mo standard); pricing is shown before you commit, and payment is arranged directly rather than through an on-site card processor. A profile is an informational listing only; it is not a referral, endorsement, or medical recommendation by us, and you are responsible for your credentials, claims, and compliance with applicable law.

The Full Profile is a prepaid subscription sold in fixed terms (3, 6, 12, or 24 months). Because banks and card processors will not serve cannabis or cannabis-adjacent businesses, we arrange payment directly rather than through an on-site card processor — we'll walk you through the options, and your Full Profile activates once payment is arranged for the term you choose. There is no card on file and no automatic renewal: as a term nears its end we reach out, and you simply pay again to continue. Prices are shown before you commit.

• To cancel, you simply don't renew. When a paid term ends without renewal, the Full Profile reverts to a free basic listing and your data is preserved.
• All terms are prepaid and non-refundable — we do not provide refunds or prorated credits for partial periods.
• Founding rates are locked in for life — a lapse in payment never forfeits your founding rate; you keep it whenever you renew.
• We may change pricing going forward; we'll provide notice before a change affects you.

You retain ownership of the content you submit (listings, menus, photos, reviews, responses). You grant OK Cannabis Directory a non-exclusive license to host, display, and distribute that content for the purpose of operating the Service. Reviews must be honest and based on genuine experience; fake, incentivized, or deceptive reviews are prohibited. We may moderate, edit for policy, or remove content, and we may remove listings or accounts that violate these Terms. Content posted by users is their own; consistent with applicable law, we are not the author of third-party content.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of OMMA or other applicable law.
• Impersonate others, list a business you don't represent, or provide false information.
• Scrape, harvest, or bulk-copy listings; interfere with, overload, or attempt to breach the Service or its security.
• Post spam, malware, or content that is unlawful, infringing, or deceptive.

The Service provides information and directory tools. It is not medical advice, legal advice, or a substitute for the judgment of a licensed professional. Always consult a qualified physician about medical decisions and rely on official OMMA guidance and counsel for legal questions.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Listing details, menus, prices, hours, and availability are provided by the dispensaries and physicians themselves; we do not warrant that they are accurate, current, or complete, and we are not responsible for the products, services, conduct, or fulfillment of any dispensary or physician.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OK Cannabis Directory and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any transaction between a patient and a dispensary or physician. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the 12 months before the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless OK Cannabis Directory from claims, damages, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law — including, for businesses, claims arising from your listings, pricing, sales, or fulfillment.

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for conduct that violates these Terms or the law, or to protect the Service or its users. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (such as disclaimers, liability limits, and indemnification) will survive.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that the state and federal courts located in Oklahoma are the proper venue for any dispute not otherwise resolved.

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves or the law changes. When we do, we'll revise the "last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
