You don’t have to live in Oklahoma to be a patient here. If you already hold a medical cannabis card in your home state, Oklahoma offers a 30-day temporary license that gives you the same access as a resident.
How it works
- Eligibility: a valid medical cannabis card from another U.S. state.
- Fee: $100.
- Validity: 30 days, and renewable.
- Rights: the same as a resident patient — purchase from any licensed dispensary, and possess up to the legal limits.
